Refund Eligibility
- Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours of making the payment.
- The refund request must be made via WhatsApp or email.
- The booking must not have been confirmed with suppliers (hotels, transport, guides).
- Non-Refundable After 24 Hours
Payments become non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of payment. - Once services are confirmed or reserved, refunds are not possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. - Bank charges or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Changes & Cancellations
Tour changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
No refunds for unused services or no-shows.
